Weather update: More snow's on the way... after winter flooding

Great, so we're going to get more snow. Or floods. Or should that be snow and floods. Or so say the forecasters.

Generally I don't care about the weather that much when I'm at work.

During the winter months I'm used to starting work in the dark, going home in the dark, and rarely getting out of the air-conditioned offices in which I work during the hours inbetween.

But the snow has changed things. Perhaps because of the fact that I now drive to work instead of walking has changed my perspective. Now I care if there has been an inch of snow in 20 minutes.

And hence I'm more bothered if the forecasters get things wrong. Ah well, I must be getting old.
